Interactive (UI/UX Design) Medical Training Application
Intro:
LeQuest develops innovative e‑learning solutions for healthcare professionals. I contributed to designing their interactive medical training application, which uses visual storytelling, gamification and engaging UX design to help medical staff quickly learn and practice operating complex medical devices.
The Challenge:
LeQuest needed a training platform that could make complex medical device education accessible, engaging, and efficient for busy healthcare professionals — without compromising on accuracy or user experience.
My Role:
Developed UI/UX design for interactive training modules
Designed gamified learning flows to keep users engaged
Created visual storytelling elements to simplify complex medical concepts
Collaborated with researchers, designers, and software engineers to align design with learning objectives and technical requirements
Core Objectives
1. Enhance Learning Through Interactivity: Replace static manuals with engaging, hands-on digital training that simulates real-life medical device operation.
2. Ensure Accuracy & Clarity: Design user flows and interfaces that align with industry standards and reduce the risk of user error in critical healthcare settings.
3. Support Scalable Implementation: Build a design framework that supports easy adaptation for multiple devices, languages, and user groups across hospitals.
4. Boost User Engagement & Confidence: Incorporate gamification and feedback loops to improve knowledge retention and make training more accessible and motivating.
The Impact:
Delivered an intuitive and engaging medical training experience
Enhanced knowledge retention through interactive learning and gamified exercises
