Concept & Collaboration
This project was developed for LeQuest, a Dutch company specializing in interactive medical training for hospital staff and healthcare professionals. The objective was to modernize and enhance the learning experience for medical personnel by transforming traditional instruction manuals into a digital training platform.
- In close collaboration with user researchers, designers, and software engineers, we designed an interactive application that adheres to strict medical protocols while significantly improving usability, engagement, and knowledge retention. By integrating gamification elements—such as interactive challenges, progress tracking, and feedback loops—the application helps users build confidence and competence in operating complex medical devices.
- My focus was on UX/UI design and medical content visualization, ensuring that the product was both functionally robust and educationally effective for real-world healthcare environments.
Core Objectives
1. Enhance Learning Through Interactivity: Replace static manuals with engaging, hands-on digital training that simulates real-life medical device operation.
2. Ensure Accuracy & Clarity: Design user flows and interfaces that align with industry standards and reduce the risk of user error in critical healthcare settings.
3. Support Scalable Implementation: Build a design framework that supports easy adaptation for multiple devices, languages, and user groups across hospitals.
4. Boost User Engagement & Confidence: Incorporate gamification and feedback loops to improve knowledge retention and make training more accessible and motivating.

Led the end-to-end design process, from concept to final delivery—establishing consistent style guidelines and collaborating closely with research and engineering teams to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with technical requirements.
