🧑⚕️ The Story: Making Medical Training Click
LeQuest is on a mission to transform how healthcare professionals learn to operate complex medical devices by replacing dense manuals and traditional classroom sessions with interactive, self-paced e-learning.
I joined the team to help design an intuitive, gamified training platform that turned technical content into clear, visual, and engaging learning experiences. Through visual storytelling, smart UX design, and interactive flows, we made learning feel less like a task, and more like second nature.
⚡ The Challenge: Complex Devices, Limited Time
Medical professionals are pressed for time, and need to learn quickly and retain knowledge effectively. LeQuest needed a solution that could:
- Simplify complex medical procedures without compromising accuracy or compliance
- Engage users through intuitive UX and interactive learning experiences
- Deliver scalable, consistent training across hospitals, regions, and device types
The challenge? Making high-stakes medical education feel clear, engaging, and confidence-building, but not overwhelming.
🎯 My Role: Designing for Clarity, Focus & Flow
As a UI/UX and visual designer within the product design team, I contributed to both UX strategy and visual storytelling through creating learning experiences that balanced clarity, engagement, and usability.
1. Designed intuitive UI/UX flows for training modules, ensuring a clear, step-by-step learning progression.
2.Integrated gamified learning elements from micro-challenges to feedback loops—to increase engagement and knowledge retention.
3. Developed visual storytelling components that transformed complex, technical concepts into clear and digestible visuals.
4. Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers and developers to ensure training content was accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with real-world clinical needs.
