Intro:

ChiaDNA, a startup, needed to develop its entire brand ecosystem from the ground up. I led the end‑to‑end process — including brand identity creation, product line development, packaging design, e‑commerce website setup, and multichannel marketing — to establish a cohesive, scalable presence for strategic growth.

The Challenge:

As a new entrant in a competitive market, ChiaDNA needed to establish a strong brand identity, create appealing product packaging, and develop a functional e‑commerce platform — all while working with very limited resources to connect with their target audience.

My Role:

  • Led full‑spectrum brand development — from strategy to visual identity

  • Designed product packaging for new product lines

  • Developed a user‑friendly e‑commerce platform for sales and brand storytelling

  • Managed multichannel marketing campaigns for visibility and engagement

  • Collaborated with store owners, platform partners, and vendors to ensure smooth execution

1. Brand Identity Development: Crafted a unique brand identity, including logo, typography, and a visual system that aligns with the brand’s creative and artistic DNA.
