ChiaDNA, a startup, needed to develop its entire brand ecosystem from the ground up. I led the end‑to‑end process — including brand identity creation, product line development, packaging design, e‑commerce website setup, and multichannel marketing — to establish a cohesive, scalable presence for strategic growth.
The Challenge:
As a new entrant in a competitive market, ChiaDNA needed to establish a strong brand identity, create appealing product packaging, and develop a functional e‑commerce platform — all while working with very limited resources to connect with their target audience.
